Located in Guilin China, the beautiful city for its mountain and water in the world, the aim of bamboo vinegar & bamboo charcoal industry (Guilin) Co., Ltd. is to protect the ecology of its mother river Lijiang River from ruin. Lijiang river is the beautiful river in the world for its clear water and strange hills surrounding it. It is originated from Mountain Cat, the highest mountain in south China. There are numerous bamboo and forest there. So the farmer use bamboo to make bamboo products and cut trees to make wood charcoal. Although falling trees are forbidden in the origin of Lijiang river, some farmers still make wood charcoal, for the winter in Guilin and its counties are cold, they need to warm them by a fire, so our mother river Lijiang are faced with a dangerous situation and its ecosystem is fragile.
Bamboo is a plant which growing very fast, from baby shoot to adult. It needs only 3 years, but wood needs more than 10 years. So bamboo is a rich resources fitting for development.
